Gabi Almeida, (aka Sundstrand) returns to the dance scene later this month with sultry new single, Come My Way.!

 

Gabi’s latest dance floor filler features the singer’s signature sensuous melodies, beats and breaks, Brazilian dance grooves and trademark immaculate production.!

 

Brazilian-born Gabi developed her unique blend of urban styles from living in Sao Paulo, London, Barcelona and Berlin.

 

Starting out as a session musician, she cut her teeth touring with artists including Tricky, Five, Anne Clark, The Lighthouse Family, Desree, Cathy Dennis,

McAlmont, Cindy Lauper and Julian Lloyd Webber.!

 

Inspired, in 2008 she struck out on her own, producing her first solo album, Paint My Colours. The album found critical acclaim with MTV Brazil, Rolling Stone and Vogue Magazine. The video for Paint My Colours was played extensively on MTV Brazil and the album on national radio.! !

 

Her sultry debut summer single Just A Little Bit Of shot straight into Music Week’s Top 20 Club Chart, with the accompanying sexy video receiving heavy rotation on Clubland TV. Next came the floor denting club anthem I Can’t Guess. The single included a host of clubbed up remixes from Vendetta and Toni Economides

and was released in 2012.!

 

Gabi Almeida songs have also featured on film and TV soundtracks including Latin American HBO series Alice and the Brazilian film A Mulher Invisivel, directed by Claudio Torres.
